How do your residential estimates work?
We provide free on-site estimates. During the visit we review your objectives, assess the visible surface conditions, and discuss any preparation or repairs. We then provide a detailed written proposal outlining the recommended scope of work.
Can you repair wood, siding and stucco as part of the paint job?
Yes. With in-house painting and carpentry capabilities, we can address many of the underlying surface conditions that affect how a finished paint project looks and how long it lasts, including wood, siding and trim repairs and stucco restoration.
Do you work on historic homes?
Yes. We have experience with historic Craftsman homes, Spanish Revival properties and other distinctive architecture. See our historic home painting and restoration page.
Do I need to be home while you paint?
Not for exterior work, as long as we have access to the property and outdoor water. For interior work, most clients stay in the home while we work room by room.
Is a color consultation included?
Yes. We'll help you choose colors and can put samples on your walls so you can see them in your own light before deciding.
