Coronado Craftsman: An All-White Exterior Remodel
Exterior paint, siding, porch and gutters turned into an all-white craftsman that stands out on its Coronado street.

The project
An exterior remodeling and painting job that took a two-story Coronado craftsman, along with its siding, porch and gutters, to an all-white finish. The homeowners nicknamed it "The White House."
What we did
- Repaired siding and porch elements before painting
- Installed new gutters and painted the porch columns
- Masked and protected the narrow side yards and neighboring fences
- Painted siding, trim, gables, balcony railings and porch in white
Why all-white is harder than it looks
A single color everywhere means there's no contrasting trim to hide uneven lines, and every patch, sag or missed spot shows in bright Coronado sun. The finish only looks clean if the prep under it is clean. More about our work in Coronado.
