The problem

This Coronado home had several areas that needed attention before paint could do any good. The stucco had cracked, the fascia was damaged, and the concrete driveway was riddled with cracks and chipped paint.

What we did

• Repaired the stucco cracks and restored a smooth, consistent finish
• Reinforced and replaced damaged sections of fascia to match the original
• Repaired the driveway cracks, removed chipped paint and refinished it
• Painted the house and detached garage a deep navy with white trim, shutters and garage door

The result
