We got a prompt estimate on this work, and in the process of reviewing our needs, saw some other items that needed attention. At every point, we were told “We can do that.” We ended up replacing an entire door, and doorframe, and replacing sash cords on a window in addition to our original requests. NONE of this was up-selling–simply accommodations that we requested. The work itself was extremely well-done. Painters arrived on time and were respectful of our time and property.
